The heavier 180 gr bullet at 2500 fps would return more energy than the lighter 150 gr bullet at 2726 fps.  The powder for that would be H4350 - not sure that would be available to you though.  Anyway, the 150gr at 2726 fps delivers 3355 joules (2474 ftlbs) and the 180 gr at 2450 fps delivers 3251 joules (2398 ftlbs), some 3% lower.  At 2500 fps the 180 gr delivers 3385 joules (2497).  With N133 with 150 gr at a middle velocity would exceed the 180 gr bullet in energy.

A 180gr bullet can be driven to 2450 fps with with moderate pressure for the Brit and to 2500 fps for a max load at 43,800 CUP.

My choice of powders would H4350 for the 180gr bullet or Varget for 150's and 180's.  Varget is listed as max with the 180's at 43,400 CUP, a load I would use (with working up).

The great thing about Varget and H4350 is their relative temperature insensitivity.

Then again, for really mild pressures for 'standard' velocities there is BL-C(2).  Those who have tried it say it is a dirty powder and didn't like it a lot.  Hogdon say it's an accurate powder used by bench resters.  I haven't used it so I can't comment.

N133 is a powder not available to me.  Load data for it doesn't give pressure.
