HT, is this with the 174 ppu FMJ? If so, 38.0 gr is max. You could try 37.0 then 38.0 and see if it improves the groups. I think a reduction of 1/4 inch at 100 yds is perfectly acceptable for the 36.0 grain load given that you will get longer brass life, easier on the rifle and you. But, as I've said before, I would not put any stock in 3 shot groups to evaluate the accuracy of a given load and rifle.
