Close Shilo, but not quite.
There are exclusions to the 1898 date. With long guns, Calibers below 9mm and repeating rifles dont count as antiques, nor do 12g and a bunch of other specified calibers.
So a LE no matter how old, is small bore and repeater. Doesnt count as an antique. Licencing applies.
