If you go off of a burn rate chart,IMR4064 is identical to Norma 202. Doing the same with IMR3031, it has an identical burn rate of the Norma 201. Norma uses the WLRM primers in everything from the 220 Swift all the way up to the 505 Gibbs. I have never exceeded the maximum charge weights and stay roughly right in the middle. I have in the past used the Remington 9 1/2 and the CCI 200 primers and between those and the magnum primers I find it easier to clean the rifle bore after using cases with the magnum primers.

For me,using magnum primers assures me a consistent and complete burn upon ignition of the powder. Which is also the reason I use the 174gr .312 diameter HPBT GRAF bullets. The .001" added circumference over the .311,help keep the pressures consistent even in a worn bore.
