Anywho, yesterday being cold, I thought I would prep this brass to reload in the Man-cave. The brass was well lubed, but depriming seemed a bit more effort than normal. Aboot 15 rounds in, I bent my Deprimer pin. This happened to me many, many inexperienced years ago, and it was because I was trying to deprime Berdans! These are all Boxer. (Since the original incident, I have been using a thin tungsten rod for TIG welding cut to length with no issues.) Has anyone else ran into this issue? Thanks!

The only time I have broke  deprimer pins have been on crimped 30/06 or 308 brass military and some Lake City .223

And sometimes because I had the brass not in perfect alignment

Do you know if they ever crimp 303 brass primer area’s  ?
