As long as it is not too humid. Also scales don't like big swings in temperature. Ideally you wand around 24C and less than 80% humidity.

 
Consistency it the key. Try load at the same temp/humidity all year round. Do Not suddenly warm the room. If you are going to warm it, do it over a few hours with all your reloading components in the room.
 
When shooting temp and humidity play a roll. Especially wood is very susceptible. That is why you always check your rifle when you go hunting at the place you are hunting. This is not only to check the sights didn't get knocked on the trip.
 
As a good practice always keeps some "fouler" rounds handy. When you get to the range and the rifle is dripping oil, let off a few. Also gets your head into the game.
