Very interesting graphs on the Somchem site regarding reloading, the relative humidity, type of powder and temperature.
 
I don't think any of use would be loading where the RH is below 30%, but this could cause pressure to exceed maximum safety specs when using single base extrude powders. Maybe if you are running a heater?
