Here is the book I pulled the Re 15 load data with the 174 gr SMK. There are some notes I made on the page including a chrono test result with 42.5 gr. My max load tested was 43.5 gr, so add about 100 fps.

I would not recommend this load, 41 gr of are 15 with a 174 or 180 gr bullet would be about max in my experience, especially for extended use. I believe there is little to be gained in pushing pressures to the maximum mean pressures established for these rifles, the receivers are not replaceable and new bolts are not easy to find.
