#1: Start with the minimum charge weight advertised and then work up in .2 grain increments until accuracy falls off. Never exceeding maximum charge weights. 

#2: Take into consideration only, the advice that will be afforded to you with others personal experiences with certain handloads. #3: To achieve the most beneficial and accurate handload for your application, it is you that need to do the work up first and foremost and again, that begins with tip #1.

From a personal perspective, I have used 41.5grns of N202 with a 150grn Spire Point, with an on par success rate when hunting medium size game. If you want to load for accuracy however, I would recommend that you use Sierra Match King 174grn HPBT with 40.0grns of N202...
